Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Processing may take slightly longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
We offer FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders of $99 or more!
Free shipping applies to eligible orders shipped within the United States.
The $99 minimum is calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes.
Orders under $99 receive carrier-calculated shipping rates at checkout.
Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional charge.
Shipping rates are calculated based on your destination, package weight, and available carrier services.
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Bible Mosaics ships to Canada and select international destinations, including Australia, Mexico, and participating European countries.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package details, and available shipping services.
Depending on your destination, shipping options may include services provided by USPS, UPS, and DHL eCommerce.
International shipping availability varies by country. If your destination is not available at checkout, we may not currently offer shipping to that location.
Free shipping promotions apply to eligible U.S. orders only and do not apply to international shipments.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
For eligible destinations and shipping methods, duties and import taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout.
When these charges are collected at checkout, they will be identified during the checkout process.
If duties and import taxes are not collected at checkout, the customer is responsible for any applicable charges assessed by the destination country or shipping carrier.

Customs inspections, local postal services, international holidays, and other circumstances may occasionally delay delivery.

If your tracking information indicates that your package is delayed or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us.
We will help you review the tracking information and determine the appropriate next steps.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and with the shipping carrier.
We want every Bible Mosaics order to arrive complete and ready to enjoy!
If your order arrives damaged, defective, is missing components, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photographs of the affected items or packaging when applicable.
We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate replacement, missing components, or refund.
If the issue is due to an error by Bible Mosaics, you will not be responsible for additional shipping costs.
International orders are subject to our standard 14-Day Return & Refund Policy.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with standard returns, including applicable international shipping charges.
Original shipping charges and customs fees may not be refundable.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect due to an error by Bible Mosaics, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
