We want you to be happy with your Bible Mosaics purchase! If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
For standard returns, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Products with opened brick bags, opened sealed components, missing pieces, or signs of use may not qualify for a standard return.
To request a return, please contact us at support@biblemosaics.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Please do not send a return without contacting us first.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Bible Mosaics cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or when the return results from an error by Bible Mosaics or a damaged or defective product.
We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, has missing components, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us at support@biblemosaics.com within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number and, when applicable, photographs showing the issue.
We will review the problem and work with you to provide an appropriate replacement, missing components, or refund.
If the issue is due to an error by Bible Mosaics, you will not be responsible for additional shipping costs.
This notification period does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection laws.
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will generally be initiated within 5 business days after inspection, unless applicable law requires an earlier refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received and accepted before processing or shipment.
Because we work quickly to prepare orders, we cannot guarantee cancellation once order preparation has begun.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled through our standard cancellation process and will be subject to our return policy and applicable consumer rights.
The following items are generally not eligible for standard returns:
Opened or used mosaic kits
Kits with opened brick bags or sealed components
Items with missing pieces or components
Items not in their original condition or packaging
Personalized or custom-made products, including custom logo mosaics
Gift cards
Items specifically marked as final sale
These exclusions do not apply where prohibited by law or to applicable rights involving defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.
We accept eligible returns from international customers, subject to this policy and applicable consumer-protection laws.
For standard international returns:
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable international shipping service.
Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees paid to governments or carriers are generally not refundable by Bible Mosaics, except where required by law.
Customers may be able to request refunds of certain import charges directly from the relevant customs authority.
If your international order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect due to an error by Bible Mosaics, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
Customers in certain countries, including the European Union and United Kingdom, may have additional rights under local consumer-protection laws.
These rights may include a statutory withdrawal period for eligible online purchases, regardless of our standard unopened-product return requirements.
